Windows Copy and Paste with a History

Pressing Ctrl + c to copy and Ctrl + v to paste is a key combination I’ve used’s countless times over the years. But you can make your everyday document editing, emailing, coding and life, so much easier by using Windows’ built in cut and paste history. Using it is simple. All you need to do is press the Windows key + v instead of Ctrl + v. A pop up menu should appear showing a clipboard with the last 27 item’s you’ve copied. You can even pin regular items so you always have quick access.

Copy using Ctrl + c, and then press the Windows key + V to bring up a pop up menu.

I don’t believe this is a new feature, but I’ve worked with Windows for over 30 years, and no one has though to mention this life changing shortcut before now!
